(2) Complete the Online Application Download form here. (3) Complete the Hedge Form Download form here. (4) Complete the additional Risk Disclosure*. Download form here. Fax the Hedge Form and Additional Risk Disclosure to (866) 414-0521 or via email to support@grainhedge.com. (5) Fund the account through Wire, ACH or Check. Download instructions here.

^*You will need to fill out the Additional Risk Disclosure if you meet ANY of the following criteria:
  -Less than 1 year futures trading experience or less than 2 years stock trading experience.
  -Less than 25 years of age or over 65 years of age.
  -Annual income is less than $25,000 per year.
  -Net worth is less than $50,000.
